To start with there are two sections of IELTS
comprising of academic section and general section which doesn't have a
qualifying test but you need to understand your requirement and accordingly opt
for the best. The academic IELTS test is to be given if you sort to pursue a
higher qualification in a foreign land. In case you want the certificate for
immigration purposes appearing for the general test is advisable. Both of the
tests require the candidates to appear for four sections comprising of reading,
writing, listening, and speaking. It has been seen that on average, candidates
are never able to acquire a good score in writing. So given are some of the
tips which will help you to score well.
Concentrate on the sentences
While forming a sentence, it is advisable
that you create something which has complete meaning and is linked to the
question asked. You should never go out of the point and describe something
completely unnatural or unrequired. The best way to describe your answer is by
constructing a simple small sentence and keeping the wording to an average of 9
to 16. This way you will be making your point clear and impressive. When the
sentence is elongated, you will have a risk of mistaking in grammar. A long
sentence might also fail to give out the meaning and the reader will lose
interest in your writing.
Connected sentences
It is crucial that your piece is complete and
intact. All the sentences written down should be interconnected and not the
contrary. The complete write-up should be crisp and any haywire writing is
simply unacceptable. You may state your opinion and then connect with the first
line start the next line with 'as such' or 'as depicted'.
Composition of essay
We all have written essays in our life during
school days. In IELTS also, one needs to attempt essays but this time it should
be done in a proper format. The essay should include a proper beginning,
explaining the middle and concluding ending. In the beginning, you should be
describing the motto of your essay. It should be short and portray the main
factors. The middle should be describing the mottos one by one and the third is
the concluding part. In the ending, you should summarize the essay and draw a
conclusion.
As you can see, there are numerous factors to
look into while attempting the writing section, be sure to practice well and
repetitively lest you fail to create a good impression. If you are still not
confident about your performance enroll yourself in an IELTS training
institute in Chandigarh and SAT
coaching in chandigarh where you will be the required guidance.
